states. Dennis Dembs and Michael Roth
have partnered for 46 years, but their
friendship has lasted for more than 60.
Mr. Roth is survived by his wife of 48
years, Janie Roth; daughter, Julee Roth
of Charlevoix; sons and daughter-in-
law, Jared and Lori Roth of Bloomfield
Hills, Jaimey Roth of West Bloomfield
and fiancee, Renee Bowen; grandchil-
dren, Haley Roth, Jacob Roth, Jayden
Roth, Jayce Roth and Jenna Roth;
sisters, Jackie Lipshaw and Pandy Lan;
sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law,
Jeannine and Howard Wayman, and
Connie and Allan Krebs; many nieces,
nephews and a world of friends.
Mr. Roth was the devoted son of the
late Louis and the late Mildred Roth;

Alfred Lipshaw, the late Lou Lan and
the late James Duane Krebs.
