Come join "The Circle:" a service of meditation, relaxation, contemplation
and inspiration led by Rabbi Paul Yedwab and Cantor Michael Smolash.
Everyone is welcome, from "seasoned sitters" to those new to meditation.

This hour long "sit" is co-chaired by Julie August, an Anusara-Inspired
and Registered Yoga Teacher, and facilitator of the Jewish spiritual
practice of Mussar here at Temple Israel, and Dr. Ed Royal, who practices
Transcendental Meditation.
