Wine & Chocolate Event Aids Beth El Food Charity The Sisterhood of Temple Beth El will host a palate-pleasing "Wine & Chocolate" party to benefit the temple's Mitzvah Meal program. The program, in cooperation with Hiller's Markets, has provided more than 95,000 meals to 6,000 individuals since 2009. Each Mitzvah Meal package pro- vides a family of four with sufficient food for five meals. The food is pro- vided by Hiller's and packaged one Tuesday each month by a crew of temple volunteers. Funding for the program comes largely from individ- ual donations to the Temple Mitzvah Meals Fund. The 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, event will feature wine and chocolate tastings, nibbles by Cutting Edge Cuisine, coffee tastings by Chazzano Coffee, musical entertainment and a silent auction.
