ROSE MINC, 90, of Ra'anana, Israel, for-
merly of Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., and Oak
Park, died Sept. 20, 2013.
She is survived by her son and
daughter-in-law, Joey and Karen Minc of
Farmington Hills; daughter and son-in-
law, Frieda and Norman Platt of Ra'anana,
Israel; grandchildren, Ronnie and Terri
Minc, Lisa and Randy Weinstein, Yoel and
Efrat Platt, Tali and Oren Levy; nine great-
grandchildren; many other family mem-
bers and friends.
Mrs. Minc was the beloved wife of the
late Max Minc for 53 years.

the late Marvin "Mike" Rosenthal; the dear
sister of the late Harriet Etelman.

Singer; grandchildren, Alexis (Andrew)

Mr. Singer was the beloved husband and
lifelong soul mate of the late Dee Singer;
father-in-law of the late Randi Singer;
brother of the late Norman Singer and
the late Sidney Singer; brother-in-law of
the late Albert Migdal and the late Shirley
Singer Pearlman.

BARBARA STONE, 83,
of Bloomfield Hills, died

University of Michigan
School of Education and
the Oakland University
-A School of Social Work,

she never stopped car-
ing for others. She
demonstrated her compassion as a long-
time National Council of Jewish Women
volunteer and board member, a dedicated
volunteer and case manager for CASA,
a loving wife, devoted mother, attentive
grandmother, supportive relative and dear
friend.
Mrs. Stone is survived by Charles Stone,
her husband and soul mate for 62 years;
her children, Martha Stone and Kevin
Murphy of Poland, Maine, Kathy and
Dr. Brian Levitt of Atlanta, Ga., Douglas
and Andrea Stone of West Bloomfield,
Ruth and Robert Gorman of Highland
Park, Ill.; her grandchildren, Joseph and
Elias Murphy, Gregory Levitt, Noah and
Kateryna Stone, Julia, Lily and Sydney
Gorman; many other loving relatives and
friends.
Mrs. Stone was the loving grandmother
of the late Alexander Levitt.
Interment was at Adat Shalom
