arbara Lurie Yoffee, formerly
of Detroit, Rosedale Park and a
resident of Huntington Woods
since 1948, celebrated her 90th birthday
on Sept. 2 at a family dinner. In attendance
were her husband, Bob; sister-in-law, Lois
Lurie Frank; son, Murray; daughter, Kay;
and respective spouses from Lake Tahoe and
Menlo Park, Calif. Her grandchildren and
great-grandchildren from New York City
and Yardley, Pa., were also there to mark this
milestone. Barbara's special birthday was
remembered as well by loving relatives and
friends who sent emails, cards and flowers
to wish her continued good health and happiness. Another 90th celebration will
take place on the West Coast later this year with son Hanley and family.
