Out To Win

Golfers enjoy Kadima Golf Classic despite unpleasant weather.

M

ore than 100 golfers endured the heat and
the rain to support the Lois and Milton
Y. Zussman Activity Center on July 15 at
Franklin Hills Country Club. Despite the weather,
golfers had a great time and played to win.
Following the golfing, guests enjoyed dinner and
a live auction — always made fun by auctioneer
Richard Nucian. Some of the auction items included
a signed Paul McCartney guitar and a Miguel
Cabrera jersey, and not to mention the salami and
Trey Burke jersey combination that drew a whop-

ping $2,400.
A committed committee and chairs Keith Lewis,
Rabbi Jason Miller and Eli Saulson worked hard to
make the 12th Annual Kadima Golf Classic a suc-
cess.
Kadima in Southfield is a Jewish mental health
agency whose mission is to provide programs and
services to adults diagnosed with chronic and per-
sistent mental illness and to children, 3-18 years,
diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral
disorders.
