The event includes a hot dog or veg- gie burger lunch, a drink and dessert. A bouncer slide, mini golf, face painting, a close-up look a Farmington Hills fire engine and "Cirque Amongus" are some of the activities. Volunteer projects to help the community will also be offered. The Family Fun Day is free to all who register by Aug. 19. It opens 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 22, with a preview for gallery patrons, followed by a reception, open to the public, from 7-10 p.m. There is no charge. Included in the exhibit will be one of Roko and Kline's newest works, The Last Kaddish, a 6-foot-tall painting that recalls horrors of the Holocaust. "This exhibit encourages viewers to take an intellectual look at the works, examining the order and process of two contrasting artists, working simultaneously as a 'third' emerges," said Gallery Director Terri Steam.
