Don Cohen I Contributing Writer S helley Dube is no stranger to the air- waves, but there was a time when she was no stranger to the waves either. In 1983, Dube, then going by her maiden name Shelley Sherman, which she still uses professionally, was a DJ for Kol Ha'Shalom or Voice of Peace (VOP), an Israeli pirate radio station.
