CommunityNEXT's SummerTerm heads
to Comerica Park.

LESLIE SPECTOR IN INTERN

bout 50 young adults in the Jewish community enjoyed complimentary
tickets and a win for the Tigers through the Federation's SummerTerm
on Wednesday, July 10.
"The Detroit Tigers Foundation gives us tickets based on how many
people utilize them," said Rachel Taubman, staff associate at CommunityNEXT. "If
we utilize the tickets they give us for the current year, the foundation will provide us
with more tickets the following year."
Young people are happy to be able to use the tickets.
"It's fun to go to Tigers games in the summer," said Marissa Ceresnie of
Farmington Hills. "It's awesome to go with your friends while still being able to
meet new people in the community."
Said Amanda Charlip of West Bloomfield, who was also at the game, "I had never
been to a Tigers game before and thought this would be the perfect opportunity to
meet new people in the Jewish community while enjoying my first game."
Join SummerTerm for summer fun. All events are listed at www.communityNXT.
