A new exhibit, "Beyond Swastikas and
Jim Crow," is opening Sunday, Aug.

professors who fled Nazism and came to
America in the 1930s and 1940s, finding

professors and their students, and their
impact on each other, the Civil Rights
Movement and American society.
There will be an exclusive preview
from 2:30-4 p.m. on Aug. 4 where light
refreshments will be served. At 4 p.m.,
