CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS 2 Tbsp. peanut oil 3 /4 lb. cooked (boiled, baked or grilled) boneless and skinless chick- en breasts, chopped 1 cup chopped water chestnuts (canned is fine) 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger MOAN 2 DAY SALE 1 /2 tsp. red pepper flakes iceberg lettuce leaves sweet chili sauce (optional) Heat skillet over medium-high until hot. Add all the ingredients except the lettuce leaves and chili sauce to the skillet, and saute until hot.
