BREAKTHROUGHS IN STROKE CARE.
MADE POSSIBLE BY YOU.

JIM HEFFERAN'S RECOVERY FROM STROKE WAS MADE POSSIBLE BY INDIVIDUALS HE HAD
NEVER MET. The ones we call ENVISIONARIES - the friends of Henry Ford Health System who
are transforming the way we provide care through their charitable giving.

Envisionaries Mort and Brigitte Harris are passionate about improving the lives of stroke
patients like Jim. Their generous gift to the Henry Ford Neuroscience Institute established the
HARRIS STROKE CENTER, which provided the crucial treatment Jim's stroke team used to help
him begin his road to recovery. Together with Henry Ford researchers and stroke specialists
like neurologist Dr. Panayiotis Mitsias, the Harrises are helping to ensure many more patient
recoveries to come.

Your gift can save lives.

can become an ENVISIONARY
