mitzvah at Congregation B'nai Israel
in West Bloomfield. Sharing in their
simchah will be siblings Rachel, Joey
and Melissa; grandparents Elaine
(Frank) Basch of Livonia and Aliza
(Mosha) Buncel of Israel.
Both Yael and Ilan are in sev-
enth grade at Hillel Day School of
Metropolitan Detroit in Farmington
Hills and have been extremely involved
in raising money for many charitable
causes, including brain tumor research.
Isabelle Laya Finn,
daughter of Brad and
Jo Finn, celebrated
her bat mitzvah on
Saturday, May 18, at
Sharing in the occa-
sion were her twin
sister, Sydney, brother, Samuel, and
proud grandparents Marilyn Epstein,
Claire Finn, and Leonard and Jeanette
Finn. She is also the granddaughter of
the late Marvin Epstein.
Isabelle is a student at Dunckel
Middle School in Farmington Hills.
She enjoyed volunteering at Regent
Street and participating in J-Serve as
part of her mitzvah project.
