rank and Suellen Trionfi of
Wolverine Lake, Mich., are proud to
announce the engagement of their
son Aaron James Trionfi to Emina Dedic,
daughter of Hamsa and Avdo Dedic, and
Patricia and Peter Shaulis. Grandparents
include Victoria Trionfi and the late Frank
Trionfi, and Brenda Moss.
Aaron earned his bachelor of science
degree in physics from Michigan State
University; then he went on to earn a mas-
ter's of science and Ph.D. in the same field at
Rice University in Houston, Texas. He works
as a government consultant in McLean, Va.
Emina is an independent, certified yoga instructor and teaches at several yoga
studios around suburban Washington, D.C.
The happy couple will be married in Leesburg, Va., this fall.

Braiker 100th

en Braiker of Huntington Woods
celebrated his 100th birthday on
May 5 at a brunch given with
love by his daughters and sons-in-law, Ann
and Bruce Klein, Beverly and Hadley Wine,
Elaine and Michael Wagman, and Joan and
Larry Wilkoff. His children, grandchildren
and great-grandchildren, along with friends
and other family members from as far away
as California, were there to celebrate the
special occasion and wish him continued
good health.

and Debbie Sherman of
Windsor, Ontario, are thrilled to announce
the engagement of their children Melissa
Lynne Morof and Aubby Michael Sherman.
Melissa graduated from the University
of Michigan with a bachelor of arts in psy-
chology and a minor in Judaic studies. She
earned her master's degree in industrial/
organizational psychology from Wayne State
University and is the senior human resource
specialist and training coordinator at Jewish
Vocational Services in Southfield.
Aubby graduated from the University of Toronto with a bachelor of applied
science in computer engineering. He earned his master of business administra-
tion from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and works in the field of indus-
trial engineering for Ferrous Processing and Trading based out of Detroit.
An August wedding is planned at Temple Shir Shalom in West Bloomfield.
