Hills, died April 22,
2013.
He is survived
by his daughter
and her spouse,

Emily Schuster of
Silver Spring, Md.; sisters and broth-
ers, Nicki Glasser, Mark and Gerry
Lezell, Michael and Carol Lezell,
Judi and Dr. Frederic Frank, Carole
and Howie Gerenraich, Ava and Dr.
Gary Gossinger, and Nanci and David
Haberman; many loving nieces, neph-
ews, cousins and friends.
Mr. Lezell was the devoted son of
Shirley and the late Hyman Lezell, the
late Bess and the late Dr. Joseph Carp.

She co-founded

years ago with her
Ida Schwartz
husband, David
Schwartz. She was a lifetime member
of the City of Hope Helen Rosenberg
Cancer Fighters and was honored
multiple times for her fundraising
efforts. She was also a longtime mem-
ber of B'nai Moshe.
Mrs. Schwartz is survived by her
daughter, Rena Tepman of West
Bloomfield; grandchildren, Larry and
Suzan Tepman of West Bloomfield,
and Doreen and Jason Dickman of
Farmington Hills; great-grandchil-
dren, Evie and Jillian Dickman, and
Jordyn Tepman; brothers-in-law and
sisters-in-law, Harry and Pauline
Schwartz, Evelyn and Hy Levinson,
and Helen Grubner; nieces, nephews
and friends.
Mrs. Schwartz was the beloved wife
of the late David Schwartz; she was
beloved by her late son-in-law, Jerry
Tepman.
Interment was at Oakview

SIDNEY SCHWARTZ, 90, of Oak

Park, died April 28, 2013.
He is survived by his wife of almost
60 years, Roslyn Schwartz; son, Martin
Alan Schwartz; daughter and son-in-
law, Karen and Ira Camen of Oak Park;
grandchildren, Linda Camen, Sarah
Camen; loving cousins.
Mr. Schwartz was the dear brother of
the late Edward Schwartz, the late Rose
Schwartz, the late Grace Schwartz.
Contributions may be made to a
charity of one's choice. Interment
was held at Nusach Hari Cemetery in
Ferndale. Arrangements by Hebrew
Memorial Chapel.

PHYLLIS SIEGEL,

87, of Delray Beach,
Fla., died April 26,
2013.
She was born in
Detroit to Anna
and Samuel Levine.
She graduated from
Central High School

in 1943.
Mrs. Siegel was a resident of the
Detroit area until she moved perma-
nently to Florida in 2005. Even after
moving, she retained her affiliation
with Congregation Beth Shalom in Oak
Park, where she had been a member for
more than 50 years. She was also a life
member of Naamat, having belonged to
the Sharona Chapter in Michigan and
the Penina Chapter in Florida.
Mrs. Siegel was a volunteer for more
than 20 years at Beaumont Hospital
and at various elementary schools
in Florida. She was also a volunteer
Braille transcriber.
At the time of her death, she was
president of the Residents' Council
at the Harbour's Edge Health Care
Center, where she resided. She will be
remembered for her joyful spirit, her
beautiful smile and laugh, her concern
for others and the pleasure she always
took from the simple things in life.
Mrs. Siegel was preceded in death
by Julius, her beloved husband of more
than 63 years; and her beloved brother,
Gilbert Levine.
She is survived by her sons, Howard
(Barbara) Siegel of Hartford, Conn.,
and Ronald Siegel of Boca Raton, Fla.;
her grandson, Adam (Kim) Siegel of
Houston, Texas; many other relatives
and friends whom she always delight-
ed in speaking with and going out of
her way to maintain contact with.
Interment was at Star of David
Mausoleum in North Lauderdale,
Fla. Contributions may be made to
Naamat, Congregation Beth Shalom or
a charity of one's choice.
