International board of preachers at
Morehouse College and was recent-
ly asked to preach at Morehouse
College.

and is unapologetic for Israel.

that Israel should apologize to the
Palestinians for acts of terrorism,
it makes me want to respond" said
Syme, who received the Louis D.

Syme said that every day is

gation in which so many people
have become friends to me, to Jill.
I look forward to this celebration
with great humility because the
congregation is making a statement
about the way it intends to treat its
rabbis. And that also is a high point
with me"
