He was a quiet, unassuming man always seen around town with his camera equipment in hand. He was a member of several local bicycle and contra dance groups. Mr. Katz is survived by his father, Edward, of Birmingham, Mich.; his beloved sister, Marsha Katz, and her husband, Bob Liston, of Missoula, Mont;, two nephews, Christopher and Stephen Johnson; two great-nieces; several cousins.
