Spring showcase benefits

hose who shop at SHE Bloomfield
were treated to a spring fash-
ion show featuring the designs
of German-born designer Heike Jarick,
known for using unusual and luxuri-
ous fabrics, exquisite colors and sensual
elegance.
SHE Bloomfield proprietor and fash-
ion expert Sharon Eisenshtadt teamed up
with Lisa Lis, president of the Women's
Department at the Jewish Federation of
Metro Detroit, for a spring fashion fund-
raiser March 7-8 at the store on W. Maple
Road in Bloomfield Hills. It was the second
event put on by SHE, in which a portion of
proceeds benefitted Federation. Close to 50
women attended the fashion event.
"We were excited to do our second
event with Federation," Eisenshtadt said.
"There's so much energy toward support-
ing our community, and that's why we
love doing it."
