Dylan attends O.E. Dunckel Middle
School in Farmington Hills. His most
meaningful mitzvah project was raising
funds for the Wes Leonard Heart Team,
an organization that donates AEDs to
schools and raises awareness of sudden
cardiac arrest.

the grandson of Brenda and Dr. Jerome
Sage, and Gloria and Ed Chekan.
Ari is a student at Derby Middle
School in Birmingham. His mitzvah
project was volunteering at Yad Ezra in

Leah is in the seventh grade at East
Hills Middle School in Bloomfield
Hills. Among her various mitzvah
projects, she found working with
Alternatives for Girls in Detroit to be
especially meaningful.
