omePlayDetroit's
Broomball League
on Detroit's Campus
Martius ice rink has
been a huge success. The league,
sponsored by Quicken Loans and
Honigman, includes teams from
Deloitte, Detroit Venture Partners,
U of D Dental School,
Challenge Detroit and
others. Check out these
great pictures from this
session.
The ComePlayDetroit
Fitness Studio, located
in Downtown Detroit,
just blocks from
Comerica Park and Ford
Field, has been off to
a great start as well.
Classes include yoga,
zumba and boot camps; more will
be coming soon.
Our winter bowling leagues
are kicking off at Hartfield Lanes
in Berkley and Garden Bowl in

Detroit. Did you know that Garden
Bowl is the oldest bowling alley in
the country? It was built in 1913,
and during the roaring '20s was
considered the "working man's
country club."
They have recently renovated their
lanes, so come on down and give
them a roll.
Now that our winter
leagues have started, we
are in the planning stages
for our spring leagues.
(The official start of spring
is only weeks away, after
all!)
As usual, we will be
offering kickball, softball,
sand volleyball, basketball,
tennis and flag football.
If there's a league you
would like to play in that we don't
currently offer, contact us and let us
know and we'll give it a try!
You can email us directly at
