Mrs. Chadwick volunteered with Congregation Shir Tikvah for many years, actively assisting the Chadwick administrator and working on the Shrier newspaper. She was very active with the sisterhood and served as the recording secretary for many years. A lifelong member of Hadassah, she was also involved with B'nai B'rith Youth Organization. RABBI ERWIN K. COHEN, of Oak Park, died Feb. 16, 2013. A retired accountant with the IRS, Rabbi Cohen was a member of B'nai B'rith and an active supporter of Cohen many yeshivot. Rabbi Cohen is survived by his wife of 48 years, Myrtle "Suzanne" Cohen; daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Paul Hendren of Royal Oak; brother and sisters-in-law, Yehuda and Eva Cohen of Cleveland, Ohio, Penina Cohen of Israel; grandchildren, Andrew Hendren, Dakota Hendren; many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
