ELIZABETH "LIBBY" PICKMAN PARR, born March 6, 1941, in Detroit, died peacefully at home, following a courageous and Parr noble battle with ovarian cancer. Her passing was pre- ceded by that of her father, Sam Pickman. Libby lived in Sacramento for nearly 35 years, lighting the lives of so many through her unforgettable vibrancy. She was an avid art collec- tor and an accomplished sculptor. She leaves a loving mother, Lenore Pickman; husband of 32 years (and grammar school sweetheart) Michael Parr; sister, Ruthanne Pearlman (Arvin); brother, Michael Pickman (Linda Sucher); her adoring children, Jamie Miller (Lisa), Robin Cahayla (David), Howard Parr (Gina), Stuart Parr and Wendy Parr; her wonderful grandchildren, Riley, Nicole, Carter, Dylan, Claire and Harper. ROSEN, 66, of West Bloomfield, died Jan. 6, 2013. She was a property man- ager for Gordon Management Rosen Company. Mrs. Rosen is survived by her husband of almost 47 years, William "Bill" Rosen; sons and daughters- in-law, Marty and Amy Rosen of Fenton, Mich., and Jason and Liz Rosen of Farmington Hills; grand- children, Mikaela and Sophie Rosen; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Addie Philko, Philip and Donna Rosen, and Frances Wolok; lov- ing nieces, nephews, cherished and devoted friends and cousins. Mrs. Rosen was the beloved sister of the late Phyllis Chicorel and the late Harvey Philko; the dear sister- in-law of the late Harvey Wolok. Interment was at Hebrew Memorial Park.
