Entrée to Judaism:
A Culinary Exploration of the
Jewish Diaspora
Monday, December 3, 2012 • 11:30 AM
Celebrate Chanukah with a cooking demonstration and lunch with Tina Wasserman,
author of the highly successful cookbook, Entrée to Judaism: A Culinary Exploration
of the Jewish Diaspora. A well-known cooking instructor from Dallas, Texas, Tina's
hands-on approach to all facets of food - that also happens to be kosher - and its
preparation have appealed to students for 40 years.
Copies of Entrée to Judaism will be available for signing after the program.
*This program is sponsored by the Temple Israel ASK program, the Sisterhoods of Temple Israel,
