Tanushi still has his mother and a sister
in Albania. With him in the U.S. are
another sister and his brother who
came over two years ago and works as
one of the company's six installers.
"I'd say 75 percent of my business
comes from repeat customers," Tanushi
said.
A recent customer in Royal Oak says
he expects to be among them after his
positive experience with Professional
Flooring.
Pete Mello and his wife, Marcia,
recently hired the company to install
three small rooms of carpeting in their
home.
"Dhimiter arrived on time for our
appointment," Mello recalled. "He was
honest, pleasant to deal with and he
didn't charge a high price ... [they] did
high-quality work that was very fair
considering what we paid for it. We
plan to work with him in the future."
Gregory Murtazin of West Bloomfield
