The third ramp was for a woman with multiple sclerosis, who is a cli- ent of JFS. Bob Roberts from Home Depot led this job. In the end, four people and their caregivers will now have easier access to and from their homes, and 20 volunteers from five local businesses partnered to make it happen. "Thank you so much," said the father of the Southfield teen. "You have made things so much easier for us. As my daughter is heavy, I have always had to be here any time we had to take her to school, doctor or anywhere. Now any- one can help her to go where she needs." Oliva said, "It's amazing to be a part of something so important that changes people's lives. It is gratifying to help people gain freedom and ease of life that many of us take for granted."
