Bloomfield, died
Sept. 19, 2012.
He was a well-
respected lawyer
in Macomb for
54 years. In
2006, he received
the Civility Award from Macomb
County. He was a member of the
Macomb County Bar Association
and the Mentor/Mentee Program
for Young Attorneys. He also
received awards for his pro bono
work. Mr. Goldstein traveled the
world and loved to play golf.
He is survived by his beloved
wife, Charlotte Goldstein of
West Bloomfield; daughters and
sons-in-law, Lesley and Gary
Engelson of Sharon, Mass., Sheri
and Steven Lieberman of Miami,
Fla., Erin and David Dubin of
Deerfield, Ill.; sisters-in-law, Ruth
and Adele Goldstein; grandchil-
dren, Rachel Enos, Sarah Enos,
Jeffrey Enos, Michelle (Brian)
McCarroll, Brian Engelson, Erica
Engelson, Samantha Lieberman,
Ari Lieberman, Michelle Dubin,
Jacob Dubin and Danny Dubin. He
is also remembered by many loving
nieces, nephews, other loving fam-
ily members and friends.
Mr. Berman was the husband of
the late Florence Goldstein; brother
of the late Alvin Goldstein and the
late Herbert Goldstein.
Contributions may be made
to the Southern Poverty Law
Center or to National Jewish
Health. Interment took place at
Machpelah Cemetery in Ferndale.
