"Our last stop, Mary's Bistro, adjacent
to the Starlight boat dock, served a mag-
nificent signature dish that John shared
with Andrea and me. It is the Spit-Fired
Chicken, a half-chicken basted in garlic
oil and served with fresh vegetables.
