aura and Ron Ostreicher of West
Bloomfield are very happy to
announce the marriage of their
son David Ostreicher to Susan Schroer,
daughter of Barbara and Jim Schroer of
Wyoming, Ohio.
Dave earned his bachelor's degrees in
industrial and operations engineering and
Japanese language and literature from
the University of Michigan and his mas-
ter's degree in industrial and operations
engineering, also from the University of
Michigan. He is an assistant manager in
purchasing responsible for body stampings
at Toyota's North American headquarters outside of Cincinnati.
Susan earned her bachelor's degrees in music performance and English litera-
ture from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and her master's degrees in French
from Middlebury College and in business administration from Xavier University
in Ohio. She works in product leadership for Nielsen.
Dave and Susan met in Cincinnati, where they now reside. Their recent wed-
ding took place at the historic Simon Kenton Inn in Springfield, Ohio. They
enjoyed a honeymoon traveling through Ireland.

andy and Warren Lada of West
Bloomfield are delighted to
announce the upcoming mar-
riage of their son Nathan Daniel to Jillian
Sweetman, daughter of Tammy and Ross
Sweetman of Grand Rapids.
Both Nate and Jill are graduates of the
University of Michigan with undergradu-
ate degrees in environmental science. They
own and operate Green Things Farm in
Ann Arbor Township. Green Things Farm
is an organic practice CSA (Community
Supported Agriculture) growing produce pri-
marily for their CSA membership, farmers'
markets and wholesale accounts in Washtenaw County.
A September wedding is planned.

oward and Maureen Garvin
of West Bloomfield and Tobi
Greenspan and Lee Garvin
of Huntington Woods are delighted to
announce the recent marriage of their
daughter Jillian Faith to Dr. Paul Frankel,
son of Dr. and Mrs. Maurice Frankel
of Orchard Lake and Sandra Frankel of
Birmingham, Mich.
The couple were married recently before
family and friends at the Westin Book
Cadillac Hotel in Detroit; the ceremony was
officiated by the bride's first cousin Leslie
Pomerantz, a cantorial soloist, who recited beautifully the sheva brachos.
Jillian is a talented graduate of the Center for Creative Studies in Detroit, and
Paul earned his Ph.D. in psychology at Tulane University in New Orleans.
The couple reside in beautiful Denver, Colo.
