the engagement of their daughter
Carri Leigh to Adam Eli, son of Cilla and
Gary Riemer of Farmington Hills.
Carri earned her bachelor of arts degree
from Michigan State University and her
master's in social work from the University
of Michigan. She is working at Jewish Family
Service.
Adam earned his bachelor's in business
administration from Western Michigan
University and his master's in accounting
from Wayne State University. He works as a
senior tax consultant at Ryan LLC.
A December wedding is planned at the Reserve in Birmingham.

manda Ali Ossipove and Daniel
Michael Levine were recently
married at the Roostertail in
Detroit by Rabbi Aaron Bergman and Cantor
Daniel Gross of Adat Shalom Synagogue in
Farmington Hills.
Amanda is the daughter of Judy and Ron
Ossipove of West Bloomfield. Daniel is the son
of Renee and Irving Levine of Miami, Fla.
The bridesmaids included Julie Ossipove,
matron of honor and sister-in-law of
the bride; Annie Garoon, maid of honor;
Candice Gimbel, sister of the groom; Kelly
Fineman; Lindsay Victory; and flower girls, Talia and Lainie Ossipove, nieces of
the bride.
Groomsmen included Mark Levine, best man and twin brother of the groom;
Adam Ossipove, brother of the bride; Edward Rosenstock; Joash Shulman
and Alan Feldman. Ring bearers were Jacob, Noah and Elijah Gimbel, nephews
of the groom.
The bride and groom were grateful to have Amanda's bubbie, Rose
Fineman, participate in the ceremony. She was escorted down the aisle by
Amanda's uncle Sheldon Fineman.
The couple reside in Novi.
arbara Blum and Mitchel
Alexander were married recently
in an outdoor ceremony at the
Lafayette Greens in Downtown Detroit with
dinner following at the Westin Book Cadillac
Hotel, where the bride's parents, Dr. George
and Joyce Blum, had been married.
The ceremony was performed by Dr.
Martin Herman and Rabbi Dorit Edut of the
Isaac Agree Downtown Synagogue.
The groom is the son of Janice and
Lawrence Alexander of Peramus, N. J.
Participating in the ceremony were all the
bride and groom's siblings, nieces and neph-
ews, and best friends.
Following a Canadian Maritime honeymoon, the couple will reside in
Ferndale.
