NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON GREEN LAKE WATERCRAFT CONTROL
ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on Monday, July 16, 2012, at 6:45 p.m. in the
Township Hall of the Charter Township of West Bloomfield, 4550 Walnut Lake
Road, West Bloomfield, Michigan, the Township Board of Trustees will hold
a public hearing on adopting a Resolution to inform and request assistance
from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources regarding the need for an
amendment of the current Green Lake Watercraft Control Ordinance in Section
25-43(3) of the Township Ordinance Code, to change it to establish a 15 mile
per hour speed limit.
