amuel and Janis Holcman of
Farmington Hills are thrilled to
announce the engagement of their
daughter Dana Alyse to Andrew Louis Baer,
son of James and Barbara Baer of Olivette,
Mo.
Dana earned a master's in social work
from Fordham University and a bachelor's
of arts from the University of Michigan. She
is an enterprise architect at the Pinnacle
Business Group and an adjunct professor at
Kent State University.
Andrew received a bachelor's of arts from
Indiana University. He is an account man-
ager at CH Robinson.
Dana and Andrew live in Chicago. A September wedding is planned in Park
City, Utah.

Farmington Hills are celebrating
their 50th wedding anniversary.
A luncheon is being given by their children,
Sherri and Jimmy Ketai, Marc and Amy
Kay, and Stacy and Andy Doctoroff. Helping
them celebrate will be their grandchil-
dren: Josh, Adam and Evan Ketai; Jordyn
and Meredith Kay; and Nicole, Alana and
Matthew Doctoroff. They will be joined by
additional family and friends.

Bloomfield are delighted to
announce the engagement
of their daughter Julie Sarah Tracht to
Benjamin Konstantin, son of William and
Miriam Konstantin of Oak Park.
Julie graduated from Eastern Michigan
University with a degree in education. She
received a master's degree in reading and
literacy from DePaul University and works
as a third-grade teacher in New York City.
Ben graduated from Wayne State
University and from the Center for Creative
Studies with bachelor's degrees in graphic
communications and fine arts, painting. He is an associate creative director with
Team Detroit's Tarrytown, N.Y., office. He is also an award-winning stand-up
comedian and has toured the country, opening for Lewis Black, Robert Klein
and Demetri Martin.
A July wedding is planned.
