The Jewish community has changed a lot in 70 years,
but some elements have remained constants. Among
them are the Detroit Jewish News and its columnist
Danny Raskin. On June 13, the JN hosted a party at
the Regency Manor & Banquet Center in Southfield to
celebrate the paper's anniversary with advertisers and
other guests. A communitywide celebration is being
planned for later this year.
