to take a new look at the ground-breaking work of Kids Kicking Cancer, and how their "Breath Brake" is
helping children in the Detroit area and around the world—and how it can help you!

The highlight of the evening will be a demonstration by the children of Kids Kicking Cancer of the simple, yet
effective, techniques of martial arts breathing and meditation that they use to control the pain and fear brought
on by their disease and its treatment. By teaching you to control the stress in your lives using what has worked
so well for them, they regain their sense of purpose taken away by the cancer or sickle cell diagnosis.
