West Bloomfield,
died June 4, 2012.
He was the
owner of Lew
Rose Petroleum
Transport. He was
also a World War
Rose
II Army veteran, a
32nd Degree Mason, member of the
Detroit Oil Men's Club, a member of
Temple Israel, a life member of the
National Council of Jewish Women
and a Meals on Wheels volunteer.
Mr. Rose is survived by his daugh-
ters and sons-in-law, Carol Sue
and Stephen Coden of Bloomfield
Hills, and Gail Rose and Dr. Donald
Wittenberg of Arizona; grand-
children, Mark and Robyn Coden,
Jonathan Coden, Warren and Richelle
Frankford, and Michelle and Evan
Glazer; great-grandchildren, Emma,
Frankie and Jaye Coden, Ashlee and
Mason Frankford, and Samantha
Glazer; sisters-in-law, Ida Rosenblum,
Dorothy Tessler and Marjorie Fisher;
many nieces, nephews; caregiver,
Kimberly Hatcher.
He was the beloved husband of
the late Anne Fisher Rose; the lov-
ing brother of the late Harry and the
late Anita Rosenblum, and the late
Albert Rosenblum; the dear brother-
in-law of the late Max Fisher, the late
Gail and the late David Ross, the late
William Rossen and the late Frank
Tessler.
Interment was at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be made
