Delivery service in Huntington Woods
and donated the proceeds to Tamarack
Camps' Send a Kid to Camp Fund.

Saturday, June 9, at Temple Israel in
West Bloomfield. They are the sons of
Laura and Jeffrey Solomon and
Michael Kay. Joining in the celebration
will be siblings, Zack, Dan, Sam,
Lindsay, Jake, Alex and Jordan. Proud
grandparents are Helene and Moishe
Last, Elaine and Alex Solomon, and
Goldie Kay. They are also the grandchil-
dren of the late Jack Kay.
Attending Abbott Middle School in
West Bloomfield, Brad and Tony both
felt donating their centerpieces of
sports T-shirts to JFS will be a mean-
ingful mitzvah project.

Saturday, June 9. She
is the grandchild of Elena
Horodniceanu. Her late grandparents
are Clarissa and Fromy Moreno and
Sandu Horodniceanu.
Hannah attends Birmingham
Covington School. She raised funds and
awareness for the Fragile X Association
of Michigan, which helps with genetic
disorders.

Noah attends Abbott Middle School
in West Bloomfield. He felt it was
important to donate funds as part
of his mitzvah experience to Israel
Guide Dogs for the Blind.

she celebrated her
bat mitzvah. Her sister Sammy
shared in the simchah along with
her proud grandparents Beverly and
Richard Bernstein, and Elaine
Pesick, and her great-grandmother
Dolly Simon. She is also the grand-
daughter of the late Paul Pesick.
Rachel attends Clifford Smart
Middle School in Walled Lake.
Among her various mitzvah proj-
ects, she felt that supporting the
Grodman 300, to help find a cure for
diabetes, had the most meaning.

joy will be proud grandparents Joan
and Richard Freeman of Worcester,
Mass., and Dr. RobertReed of Ann
Arbor. Isaac's late grandmother is
Gwen Reed.
Isaac attends Hillel Day School of
Metropolitan Detroit in Farmington
Hills. Volunteering at Schulze
Elementary School in Detroit, he
helped children with math, social
studies and nutrition and taught stu-
dents to play soccer. He felt this mitz-
vah project was very meaningful.
