She is survived by her beloved husband,
Fred Slabiak of Oak Park; mother, Marilyn
Flack of Southfield; brother, Jeffrey Flack
of Plymouth.
Mrs. Slabiak was the daughter of the
late Jerome Flack; sister of the late Arthur
Flack.

place at the Adat Shalom Cemetery in
