Reform Congregants
Plan Passover Dinner
Members of Detroit-area
Reform congregations will
come together as a community
at Temple Kol Ami at 6 p.m.
Friday, April 13, for the annual
Isaac Mayer Wise Shabbat, with
a potluck dinner following the
service.
The Metropolitan Detroit
Federation of Reform
Synagogues (MetFed) will pro-
vide kosher-for-Passover chick-
en and beverages, and those
attending will be responsible
for bringing a Passover non-
dairy side dish in a disposable
container. There is no charge for
the meal. Contact Dave Henig to
make reservations for the din-
ner by April 3 at (248) 682-4992
or dahenig@comcast.net.
Each year, MetFed sponsors
a community service on the
Friday during Passover. Hosting
privileges have traditionally
rotated among the area's Reform
congregations.
