ALLEN, 82, of West
Bloomfield, died
March 24, 2012.
He was a scrap
metal dealer and
the owner of Sam
Allen & Son in
Allen
Pontiac. Mr. Allen
was a past president of B'nai Israel
Congregation in Pontiac, a member
of Craftsman Lodge F & AM, an avid
golfer and an antique car collector,
who won many awards for his vintage
car collection.
He is survived by his wife,
Sharon Allen; daughters and son-
in-law, Robin Allen of Commerce,
Tracey Allen and Robert Schwartz
of Farmington Hills, and Wendy
Schwartz of West Bloomfield; son and
daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Carole
Allen of West Bloomfield; grandchil-
dren, Brad Schwartz, Matt Schwartz,
Scott Schwartz, Michelle Schwartz,
David Schwartz and Jack Allen; sis-
ter, Barbara Nadel; brother-in-law,
Charles Weiner.
Mr. Allen was the loving brother
of the late Harold Allen and the late
Audrey Weiner; the dear brother-
in-law of the late Charles Nadel, the
late Dr. Chester and the late Marjorie
Winston.
Interment was at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be
made to a charity of one's choice.

Hills; Dr. Brett and Elizabeth Arnkoff

Lake; sisters and brother-in-law,
Marilyn Ross of Birmingham, Ellen
and Michael Jaffe of West Bloomfield;
grandchildren, Sydney, Mia and
Olivia Arnkoff; mother-in-law,
Bernice (the late Morris) Arnkoff;
many loving nieces, nephews, other
family members and friends.
Mrs. Arnkoff was the dear daugh-
ter of the late Alex and the late Sally
Rovin; sister of the late Mark Rovin.
Interment was held at the Beth El
Memorial Park Cemetery in Livonia.
