David Grossman's popular novel comes to life
in this unforgettable film.
Set in Jerusalem in the 1960s, Intimate Grammar
is the story of 13-year-old boy named Aharon.
Small for his age and not happy with the adult
world, Aharon lives with his outspoken mother
and dismal father. Aharon wants to spend his days
testing Houdini tricks, but everyone around him
is moving on and getting older. Finally, Aharon
decides he must take action.

This inspiring documentary tells the story of
Col. Ilan Ramon and the tragedy of the space
shuttle Columbia. When Ramon was selected to
participate in the flight, Israelis and Jews everywhere
were elated. Ramon even brought into space a small
Torah that had survived the Holocaust.

As this epic romantic drama begins, three
beautiful Dutch women named Esther, Ada and
Marjorie are on their way to New Zealand soon
after World War II. They meet aboard a flight
taking them to their soon-to-be husbands.
A handsome young man named Frank also is on
the plane - and all their lives are about to become
entangled. Fifty years later, the women reunite at a
funeral, and only then do they realize the ways in
which they were bound together.

kindness of Sir Nicholas Winton, the brain trust
behind the Kindertransport.
Learning of Hitler's campaign against the Jews,
Winton sets out — working only from a hotel room in
Prague and a house in England — to save the Nazis'
youngest targets. Incredibly, he manages to rescue
669 children in the first six months of 1939. Then
the war begins, and Winton's plans come to an
immediate stop.
Part drama, part documentary, this film shows the
now 102-year-old Winton as a humble, if not shy,
man who, through dedication and bravery, saved
many children from the Holocaust. Today, more
than 5,000 descendants of these children live all
over the world.
