One of our favorite kids' science
museums around offers the awesome
opportunity to take an overnight trip
to Toledo. Camp-In at Imagination
Station in Toledo allows 2nd-7th grad-
ers (and their accompanying adults)
to check out Mindbender Mansion,
take a ride on the High Wire Cycle or
the Simulator Theater Ride and take
part in puzzling workshops, then set
up camp inside an optical illusion,
next to a giant wind tunnel or another
favorite exhibit. Includes two days
of admission, the chance to explore
Imagination Station after hours, snack
and breakfast and more. 5 p.m.-5 p.m.
the following day. Dates throughout
March and April designate boys only,
girls only or co-ed. $27-$40.

In honor of the 100th anniversary
of Titanic's tragic sinking, the Henry
Ford presents Titanic: The Artifact
Exhibition, March 31 through Sept. 30.
The largest touring exhibition of the
Titanic, 10,000 square feet in size, will
allow visitors to walk through extensive
room re-creations of the world's larg-
est ship that claimed 1,500 lives when
it collided with an iceberg on April 15,
1912. More than 300 artifacts, like deli-
cate bottles of perfume and the ship's
own china, tell the compelling stories
of passengers on board — some with
ties to Michigan — and acts of heroism
and humanity. $10-$27.

CHARLOTTE'S WEB
Spend an afternoon in Ann Arbor
and take the kids to see a Babe-like
interpretation of Charlotte's Web,
E.B. White's classic tale, on the big
screen at the Michigan Theater's
Family Friendly Film Series. Dakota
Fanning, Julia Roberts, Oprah
Winfrey, Steve Buscemi and OutKast's
Andre "3000" are a few of the names
to lend their voices to the G-rated
2006 film. 1:30 Sunday, April 22. Free
