Borgo Reale Pinot Grigio
delle Venezie 2011 (Italy)

Yarden "Mount Hermon
2010 Galilee Red (Israel)i

Here's a lovely, light-bodied
Italian Pinot Grigio. Mild pear-
apple flavors are authentic;
dry but soft and easy-drinking.
An excellent all-purpose white,
wine for sipping with our
without food. Try with
cheese, pâté and salty
snacks before dinner!
(Mevushal)

A charming red wine that'll work
on any dinner table-big enough
for roasts and steaks, but not
too rich for salmon. Medium-
bodied and dry, with red berry
fruit flavors and a little oak, its a
classic blend of Bordeaux
varietals of Cabernet, Merlot,
and Cabernet Franc o4
the Golan Hei hts.

Château de Parsac 2009
Montagne Saint-Emilion,
Bordeaux (France)

Drinking this well-made. deep
Bordeaux is certainly not a
trade off for "Kosher". Its really
good! Made mostly from
Merlot. the color is so dense it
stains the glass. Medium-full
and balanced with black berry
fruit, its dryness will smooth out
over dinner. (Mevushal)
