West Bloomfield,
died March 2, 2012.
She was a loving,
mother, grand-

mother and friend to
all those who were
fortunate enough to
know her.
She is survived
by her son and

Bordoley of West
Bloomfield; daugh-
ter and son-in-law,
Sheila and Rick Roth of Cleveland,
Ohio; former daughter-in-law, Kathryn
Bordoley-Averbuch of Bloomfield
Hills; grandchildren, David Bordoley,
Anthony Bordoley, Adam Bordoley,
Lira Bordoley, Michael Ferguson,
Marcelle and Jeremy Foltz, and Robert
Ferguson; great-grandchildren, Colin
and Simon Ferguson, Harry Foltz;
stepdaughter, Carol and Jack Pearl of
West Bloomfield; former son-in-law,
Stephen Busker of Scottsdale, Ariz.,

She was the beloved wife of the late
Louis (Leiser) Bordoley.

SOLOMON BRAVERMAN, 88, of
Southfield, died March 2, 2012.
He is survived by his daughter
and son-in-law, Helene and Joseph
Shlimovich of Southfield; grandson,
Eugene Shlimovich.
Mr. Braverman was the beloved
husband for 50 years of the late Sophia
Braverman.
Contributions may be made to a
charity of one's choice. Interment was
at Machpelah Cemetery in Ferndale.

BERNARD COHN, of Philadelphia,

Pa., died March 4, 2012.
He was the husband of the late
Solita (Benzecry) Cohn; father of Dr.
Edward (Laura) Cohn of Michigan, Dr.
Lillian Cohn, and the late Evelyn Cohn;
grandfather of Aaron Cohn, Emily
Caplan, Benjamin Jackson, Henry
Jackson, Philip Jackson and Richard
Jackson. He is also survived by three
great-grandchildren.

EISENBERG, 76, of

He was a profes-
sional magician
and a member

Eisenberg
American Magicians,

Craftsman.
Mr. Eisenberg is survived by his
wife, Rosalie Eisenberg; daughter,
Barbara Mitchell of Royal Oak; son
and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey and
Kristina Eisenberg of Clarkston;
grandchildren, Steven Mitchell and
Rachael Eisenberg; brother and
sister-in-law, Dr. Mickey and Jeanne
Eisenberg; brother-in-law, Evelyn
Gold; nieces and nephews.
Mr. Eisenberg was the cherished
brother of the late Dr. Robert A.
Eisenberg; the dear brother-in-law of
the late Morton Gold.
Interment at Clover Hill Park

HOWARD J. KATZ, former Detroiter,
died Jan. 28, 2012 in Escondido, Calif..
He was born in Detroit May 5,
1928, to Morris and Dorothy Katz. He
graduated from Detroit Central High
School in 1946 and served in the U.S.
Army during the Korean conflict. He
attended Wayne University Law School
and was admitted to the Michigan Bar
in 1956. He moved to New Jersey as
General Counsel for Penske Corp. in
1976 and moved with his wife to San
Diego, Calif., in 1991.
Mr. Katz is survived by his wife of
50 years, Jenna; his daughter, Marcia;
his son and daughter-in-law, Jason
and Erica. His extended family in
Michigan includes Cheryl Mond,
Debbi Hemenway and Julie Adelson,
daughters of his brother, Dr. Stuart A.
Katz, who predeceased him; and David
Craine, Arlene Blumberg and Lois
Craine, in Los Angeles, Calif.
