Eric Riley Grossman-Lempert became a bar mitzvah on Saturday, March 3, at Congregation Beth Ahm in West Bloomfield. He is the son of Mark Lempert Grossman- and Marci Grossman, Lempert and brother of Evan Grossman-Lempert. Donating food, funds and pet accessories to help animals at the Michigan Humane Society was the mitzvah project she felt was most meaningful. He is the son of Nicole Perlman and Steven Perlman, and the brother of Blake and Chase. Sharing in the sim- chah will be his grandmother Linda Rosin. He is also the grandchild of the late Alvira and the late Sanford Perlman, and the late Richard Rosin. Reed is a student at West Hills Middle School in Bloomfield Hills. The mitzvah project that had the most meaning to him was volunteering at Tanglewood, an assisted living residence in Fenton.
