DAVE SAKWA, 87, of Farmington Hills, died Feb. 19, 2012. He was a commercial real estate broker and developer and owner of Wales Realty. Mr. Sakwa is survived by his wife of 61 years, Sakwa Joyce Sakwa; sons and daughters-in-law, Stuart and Randi Sakwa of West Bloomfield, Gary and Rebecca Sakwa of Bloomfield Hills and Jeffrey and Kimberly Sakwa of West Bloomfield; grandchildren, Ryan Sakwa, Hayley Sakwa, Ashley Sakwa, Gregory Lewis, Ian Sakwa and Blair Sakwa; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Ruth and Arnold Colman and Arnold and Mary Davidson. Also, he will be greatly missed by cousins; many nieces and nephews; and dear friends, Leon and Barbara Zolkower. He was the devoted son of the late Samuel and the late Ida Sakwa, the loving brother of the late Saul Sakwa and the late Tillie Sakwa Nusbaum and the dear broth- er-in-law of the late Jean Davidson.
