Hello! We are Aaron and Tiffany Barsaleau; a married couple who are in love with cooking
as well as each other. We both have Culinary Degrees from Schoolcraft College and have
worked in a multitude of food establishments. We knew that owning a restaurant was in
our future but we just had to figure out which kind to have. After trying several local family
restaurants, we felt "underwhelmed" by the meals we received. We've never found the one
that made us say "Wow! I just HAVE to have that dish again and tell everyone I know about
it!" Then the light bulb turned on and we found our idea. We want to be that favorite local
diner that establishes a relationship with its regulars who come in for great food at a great
price. We want to get to know you and have you influence our restaurant. We promise you
our best and will work hard to gain your trust.
