For Single Moms

S Ingle moms and their chil-
dren can enjoy a relaxing and
memorable Shabbat together
in a beautiful camp setting. Bring in
the beauty and calm of Shabbat with
old friends and new friends. Enjoy
hands-on activities throughout the
weekend, including campfires, sports
and much more. The weekend begins
Friday, May 4, at 5 p.m. and concludes
on Sunday, May 6, at 11:30 a.m.
Thanks to a generous grant from
the Jewish Women's Foundation,
moms and kids can enjoy this fantas-
tic camp experience at the dramati-
cally reduced price of $100 per family.
Tamarack Camp's Butzel Conference
Center space is limited, and prior-
ity will go to "first-time" families.
To reserve your spot, register online
with your $100 payment by April 1 at
jewishdetroit.org/alliance/Momcamp
after Feb. 14.
Fees include all meals, snacks and
on-site activities and accommoda-
tions. Fees are non-refundable for
cancellations within one month prior
to camp. All cancellations must be
made in writing.
