daughter Elizabeth to Sam Lovett, son of
Bruce and Rosalee Lovett of Brooklyn, N.Y.
Elizabeth earned her bachelor's degree in
art-history from the University of Michigan
and will receive her master's degree in
museum studies from NYU in the spring of
2012.
Sam is a graduate of the University of
Chicago, where he earned his bachelor's
degree in public policy. He earned his law
degree from Northwestern University. Sam
is an associate in the London office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and
Garrison LLP.
Elizabeth and Sam reside in London, England. A June wedding is planned at
the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit.

Bloomfield celebrated his
90th birthday the weekend
of Jan. 15 with his wife, Sally, children, Dr.
Leonard and Marilyn Horwitz of Cincinnati,
Ohio; Arthur and Gina Horwitz of West
Bloomfield; and Laurie and Daniel Duhan of
Owings Mills, Md.; nine grandchildren, six
great-grandchildren and family friends.
Beginning with a special Shabbat dinner
in his honor, he chanted the haftorah at
Congregation B'nai Moshe on Saturday
morning, followed by a party Saturday eve-
ning and brunch on Sunday morning.
