inequities in the Michigan Property Tax System



Specifically, the people at AE A LTA will:

• evaluate your tax situation

• obtain an appraisal

• handle an appeal to the local Board of Review, and, if
necessary, handle an appeal to the Michigan Tax Tribunal

Recent Statewide Successes:

1.Athletic Club in Oakland County. $40,000 per year reduction
in taxes going forward, received a refund check in excess of
$120,000.

2. In Franklin, reduced the value of a new home from $1,500,000
in 2008 to $750,000 in 2011, resulting in a tax reduction of
over $13,000.

3. In West Bloomfield, reduced the value of a home on Walnut
Lake from $2,000,000 to $1,450,000 resulting in an
annual tax savings of over $9,000.
