Natan is about six weeks away
from testing a boron-based gel
propellant, which only four other
countries in the world already have
developed. His office is funded by
Israel's Ministry of Defense, and
he needs its approval to publish
anything that he's working on. He
already knows that his work on
boron is highly classified.
He said that Israel is capable of
defending itself from Scud missile
attacks from Iran, at least from the
first wave of attacks.
