Mrs. Wallach was the
mother of the late Donna Alpert and the
late Benjamin Wallach; sister of the late
Eddie Silver.

at the Oakview Cemetery in Royal Oak.

DOROTHY WISS, 88, former Detroiter
of La Jolla, Calif., died Nov. 21, 2011.
She is remembered by her family as a
witty and engaging sage.
She was the cherished daughter of
the late Rose and the late Benjamin
Zuckerman and was the sister of the late
Jewel Fields.
Mrs. Wiss is survived by her loving
husband of 65 years, William Wiss; and
her beloved children, Nancy (Marty
Goldberg) of San Diego, Calif., Donald
(Deborah) of Los Angeles, Barry
(Deborah) of Scottsdale, Ariz.; ador-
ing grandchildren, Amy (David Schiff),
Brian (Jennifer Harrison), Jeremy,
David, Michael and Zachary Wiss;
great-grandchildren, Aaron and Emily;
brother-in-law, Sid Fields; sister-in-law,
Shirley Wiss; many nieces, nephews,
other family members and many close
friends, including Eleanor Levinson.
Graveside services were held in San
Diego. Contributions may be made to

LARRY WORONOFF,
50, of Oak Park, died
Nov. 16, 2011.
He is survived by his
parents, Gail and Irwin

and Janet Woronoff;
sister, Amy Greenberg

uncle, Adele and Miles Brode; many
other loving family members, Karen
(Ralph) Martin, Sharie (Bill) Barbour,

Mr. Woronoff was the beloved son of
the late Norman Woronoff.
